How to use DUO Authenticator

Instructions on setting up DUO Authenticator for the portal and VPN:

Step 1: Go to your app store and download DUO Mobile

Step 2: When completed, open the app and click “Continue”

Step 3: You will click on “Use a QR code”

Step 4: Use your camera to scan the QR code shown by Duo Enrollment in the portal. If you're prompted to allow Duo Mobile permission to use your device camera, please grant it.

Step 5: Click “Next” and give the new account a name and click "Save"
