Standard Mac Printer Troubleshooting
Below
are the standard issues students and staff run into when trying to print on
campus from the Mac PCs.
Papercut
Printer Software Not Installed:
Use

Mobility Print- MacOS setup (rockhurst.edu)
After
the software is installed, use your Rockhurst username and password. Not the
Mac's.
Make
sure you are sending to RUMobilityPrint [PaperCut]

If you're unable to access the internet while on the 'rockhurst' or 'RUWireless' WiFi networks: Go to neverssl.com, if prompted to sign in, sign in with your Rockhurst portal username and password. Check the Connecting to WiFi article for a detailed tutorial on connecting to the network.
- Make RUMobilityPrint your default printer if you continue to experience 'Hold for Authentication' issues. This may help.
- You may also need to contact the Rockhurst Help Desk, as accounts get locked due to failed print jobs.
- If all else fails, try looking into your Mac's Keychain and deleting out anything associated with papercut or RuMobilityPrint. Article attached below that can help:
