To browse the Knowledge Base:
- Go to rockhurstedu.freshservice.com, or log into the Rockhurst Portal and select Freshworks
- Browse the Knowledge Base for solutions using categories or keywords
Browse by Category
Browse the various categories to find solutions or information on what you're looking for.
Search by Keyword
Search the Knowledge base using keywords or phrases.
