Sign in through the Portal

To access FreshService from the Rockhurst Portal:

1. Log into the Rockhurst Portal
2. Select "FreshWorks"
3. You will automatically be signed into FreshService

Sign in from the URL using SSO

To access FreshService using Single Sign-On:

1. Go to: rockhurstedu.freshservice.com
2. Click Sign In
3. Click Sign in with SSO
4. Sign in using the Rockhurst Portal
