Signing in to FreshService

Sign in through the Portal

To access FreshService from the Rockhurst Portal:

Log into the Rockhurst Portal
Select "FreshWorks"
You will automatically be signed into FreshService

Sign in from the URL using SSO

To access FreshService using Single Sign-On:

Go to: rockhurstedu.freshservice.com
Click Sign In
Click Sign in with SSO
Sign in using the Rockhurst Portal
