Cause of the Error Message
This error message occurs when attempting to create an account with an ID number that is not eligible for an account.
Premature account creation
Accounts can take up to 24 hours after admission to be marked as eligible.
Holds on account
Accounts with holds are ineligible, holds will need to be removed before resetting your password.
Fixing the Error Message
Contact the Admissions Office
If you are trying to setup your account immediately after being admitted, please wait 24 hours before attempting again. If it has been more than 24 hours since your admittance and there are no active holds on your account, please contact Kylee Soucie or Annie Leehwald in the Admissions office and inform them of the error message.
