To change or update your Two Factor Authentication:

  1. Log into the Portal.
  2. Select Hello, (account name)! in the top right corner.
  3. Select My Account.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. View and update your Two Factor Authentication methods.


If your Two Factor Authentication method(s) fail and you are unable to access the portal, please contact the Helpdesk. Please note you will be required to verify your identity with a technician before they are able to modify your Two Factor Authentication.
